To the demand of the National Care that launched a subscription in 1872 Frédéric-Auguste BARTHOLDI achieved the same year this striking funeral monument erected to the memory of deux dead soldiers to the fight September 14, 1870: Adolf Edmé VOULMINOT been born November 15, 1855 to COURTEVROUST and Joseph WAGNER been born March 1st, 1832 to COLMAR. This monument is visible to the municipal cemetery of Colmar, street of the ladhof. In border of the main alley (South C) 55th rank. |
