After the registration of the station in the supplementary inventory of the historic buildings on December 24, 1984, the station had the right to a rejuvenation treatment in 1991.

The most spectacular part of this renovation concerned the placing of new windows realized by Jean Le GAC.

Every window having a surface of 48 square meters, it is an exploit that to have used the technique of the foliated windscreen.

The work of the artist had reproduced, engraved by "sérigraphic" on a synthetic film flattened and stuck between two glass 8 mm in thickness mirrors.

These windows represent a painter freeing two lashed young ladies next to rails.
